REFUND POLICY

Host HQ by Staysmith is a digital product sold as a pre-order. This policy explains exactly how refunds work.

1. Full refund, no reason needed
You can request a full refund of your purchase at any time until 14 days after Host HQ is delivered to you. You don't need to give a reason, and there are no forms to fill in.

2. Refunds before delivery
Host HQ is delivered by email within 7 days of your order. If you change your mind before it is delivered, you can request a full refund at any time.

3. If delivery is delayed
If we cannot deliver within 7 days of your order, we will email you before that date. You can then choose to wait for delivery or receive a full refund.

4. How to request a refund
Email support@staysmithco.com with your order number (or the email address you used at checkout). We reply within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 2 business days.

5. When you get your money back
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. After the refund window
After the 14-day period following delivery, purchases are final, because Host HQ is a digital product that can't be returned.
