TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to staysmithco.com and to every purchase of Staysmith products. Staysmith is a trade name of Ouchen LLC ("we", "us"). By ordering, you agree to these terms.

1. THE PRODUCT
Host HQ is a digital operations system for short-term rental hosts. It includes message templates, playbooks, checklists, Google Sheets templates and Canva templates. No physical item is shipped.

2. PRE-ORDERS AND DELIVERY
Host HQ is sold as a pre-order. You pay at checkout, and we email your access link within 7 days of your order. If we haven't delivered within 7 days, you can ask for a full refund at any time before delivery.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices are in US dollars and include everything listed on the product page. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout. Sales tax may be added where the law requires it.

4. REFUNDS
You can ask for a full refund until 14 days after delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. YOUR LICENSE
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use Host HQ for the properties you own or manage yourself. You may edit and adapt the templates for your own listings. You may not resell, share, publish, sublicense or redistribute Host HQ or any part of it, whether free or paid, edited or unedited.

6. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE, NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
Host HQ is a set of organizational tools and templates. It is not legal, tax, insurance or financial advice. We don't promise any particular income, occupancy, rating or review outcome. Your results depend on your property, market and work. You are responsible for following local laws, permits, taxes, HOA rules and the rules of any platform you list on.

7. NOT AFFILIATED
Staysmith is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbnb, Inc., Vrbo or Expedia Group. Their names are used only to describe compatibility.

8. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
Some parts of Host HQ open in third-party services such as Google Sheets and Canva. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for changes to them or for their availability.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site and in Host HQ belongs to Ouchen LLC and is protected by copyright. Buying gives you the license in section 5, not ownership.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Host HQ is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings, revenue or data.

11. CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
